After receiving your booking request, I will send you a booking confirmation and a request for a deposit via email.

Only after timely payment of the deposit (30% of the total amount) is the booking legally valid and your place reserved for you.

Three months before the tour begins, you will receive a payment request for the remaining balance.

If you book the tour less than 3 months before the tour starts, 100% of the total amount is payable.

Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, such as drugs, medications, etc., when attending an event I lead. Your physical and mental condition must allow for your participation.

The participant is obliged to inform the organizer immediately of any health limitations that may affect the execution of the tour.

To participate in the tours, you need a health insurance and private liability insurance policy that is accepted in Sweden.

Participants must treat the provided items with care. Any damage to the cabins or equipment must be reported immediately and the cost of the damage paid. Participants are liable for the full amount (100% of the damage or replacement value) of any damage caused by them to buildings, grounds, equipment, or other property belonging to the organizer, owner, or third parties.

Each participant must behave in such a way that other people are not endangered or injured.

Theft will be reported to the police and will automatically result in exclusion from the event.

In the above-mentioned cases, the participant has no right to a refund from the organizer for event fees payable or already paid.

Consider the potential dangers during such outdoor activities, such as water, ice, wind chill, temperatures, or general orientation difficulties.

The instructions of the organizer/guide or their staff must be followed under all circumstances.

Use of the sauna is permitted only without the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics and in a healthy state.

Exercise extreme caution when handling open flames and be fully liable for any fire damage caused. Observe all current and national regulations regarding fire safety (fire bans during periods of high forest fire risk, etc.).

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings/cabins. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

The organizer accepts no liability for accidents, especially property damage or personal injury, unless these are due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.

Each participant is fully liable for property damage and personal injury caused by their own negligence; this also applies in particular to damage to equipment resulting from improper use, which must be replaced at its replacement value.

The participant agrees or declines that photographic material taken by the organizer or an employee commissioned by him during the event may be used and published by him.

Each participant acts voluntarily, at their own risk, and is aware of this. By booking, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above-mentioned conditions, including the liability waiver.

Rescheduling a booked event is only possible by canceling and rebooking. The deposit already paid is non-refundable. However, a substitute participant can be provided. In the event of a transfer of the contract, both the person who booked the event and the substitute participant are liable.

• If you cancel up to 90 days before the event date/start of the event, the deposit of 30% already paid cannot be refunded.
• If the participant cancels 89-60 days before the event date/start of the event, they must pay 60% of the booked event price.
• If the participant cancels 59-31 days before the event date/start of the event, they must pay 80% of the booked event price.
• If the participant cancels 30 days or less before the event date/start of the event, they must pay 100% of the booked event price.

Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant and are not part of the booked event.

The participant is responsible for informing themselves about and complying with the country-specific entry and other regulations.

Attention!

Please ensure that your luggage is automatically forwarded during layovers when traveling by air. You may need to check in again. We do not accept any liability for lost luggage during the journey to the event venue, the return journey, or during your booked stay.
