Granberg Winter Tour

We experience the wonderful nature and vastness of Lapland on guided day tours/ski touring (backcountry skiing ) in the Arjeplog mountain area with a great chance of seeing the Northern Lights.

If you wish, you can receive education on tour planning, equipment, navigation, mind and body preparation , subarctic flora and fauna, nutrition and winter skills – or you can simply enjoy the wonderful winter landscape and relaxing evenings.

Accommodation in a large , traditionally designed yurt in a secluded location in the middle of the forest. Access to separate sanitary facilities in the landlord's house, and cooking is done together in a simply furnished kitchen.

Equipment: Bring your own ski equipment or rent it on site by prior arrangement (not included in the price). I'd be happy to provide you with a packing list.

Accessible by car or plane. I'm happy to help you find the right flight.

Number of participants: Small groups of up to 6 people.

Use this time for your digitale detox.

Additionally, there is the possibility to create your own knife or similar item in a blacksmithing course with Michael (more information: https://www.metallideen.de/schmiedekurse/) as well as to develop your skills in this field in a photography course with Juliane (more information: Instagram @crazyloonart).

Video Call: Generally, I conduct a 1:1 Zoom call with each participant during the preparation phase. This lasts up to one hour. Here we discuss your questions about equipment, training, travel planning, or anything else you might want to know to feel ready for the tour.

Down payment:
€600 after booking confirmation and receipt of the deposit invoice

Final payment:
€1,403 no later than 3 months before the start of the tour

Short-term booking:
For bookings made less than 3 months before the tour start date, the full amount is due immediately.
